Key Objectives
Your role as a Young Person’s Mentor is to provide support to young people in a compassionate and caring home environment, with a focus on each person being able to:
What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:
Hours: 37.5 hours, working on a 3-week rolling rota pattern (including weekends and Bank Holidays); you will work one weekend in three. Early shift: 8am to 4pm / Late shift: 12.30pm to 8.30pm. Loan working may be required.
