Our comprehensive range of Schools & Education courses are designed to enhance pre-existing skills and open up opportunities for both personal and professional development. We have accredited training qualifications for developing your Teaching Assistants, Upskilling Team Leaders, or Behaviour and Sports specialist staff.

Teaching Assistant Level Three

This program is ideal for anyone who is already working as a teaching assistant, or looking for a career as a teaching assistant. Alongside mandatory modules, you will have the chance to specialise in one or more areas of your choice, including SEND or behaviour management.

Team Leader Level Three

This qualification can be delivered within your workplace by experienced tutors via a blend of online learning and face-to-face assessment visits. You will be able to communicate ogranisation strategy and team purpose, whilst adapting leadership style to suit various audiences.

Learning & Skills Mentor Level Four

This qualification will help individuals and groups with skills development and learning towards achieving career goals. Ethical and legal frameworks will be followed, to ensure a high standard of mentoring practice. Candidates will work collaboratively with stakeholders to inclusively meet the needs of mentees; they will be committed to their own professional development and reflective practice as a mentor and within their sector.
