When Steph decided to leave her office job to focus on being a mum, she never anticipated what would happen next. A few years later, she found herself volunteering at her daughter’s school, helping with daily readers. It was during this time that Steph discovered a passion for working with children, and she eagerly applied for a teaching assistant role at the school.

Looking ahead, Steph is considering the prospect of a Level 6 Teaching Apprenticeship, which will provide her with further opportunities to grow and develop her skills while working in the classroom.
