Trainability Questionnaire
This process starts with our Trainability Questionnaire: A short online exercise that helps score your recruitment, training, CPD and staff development pathways.
- STEP 2
Strategy Call
Post-questionnaire, we will set up a call to discuss your questionnaire results and give some further information about your strategy. It’s a crucial discussion to understand your business and strategy further.
- STEP 3
Review & Strategy Development
Once we have your data and feedback from the Strategy Call, we will review this information, creating a bespoke report and action plan that are in line with your company’s unique demands.
- STEP 4
Presentation Call
During our Presentation Call, we will share your bespoke FutureFit Report and discuss the strategies that you can put in place to enhance any or all areas of your recruitment, training, CPD and staff development pathways.
