The Role: We’re highly ambitious, which means we wish to grow our impact across the UK, improve service levels to the highest possible and positively impact as many young people as we can. That’s where this role fits in. We’re looking for someone to join us and help us to improve what we’re doing across the board. This role will help create new links within local authorities, support the development of our strategy, help to to ensure the highest possible standard in safeguarding and ultimately fill our homes and facilities with the young people who need our care.

Responsibilities:  We’re looking for someone to help us define the spec further and develop clear year one objectives but an overview of what’s required is below; 

  • Oversee our Senior Leadership Team with a particular focus on improving operations, Safeguarding and Learning 
  • Networking with all nearby local authorities to create new links and opportunity 
  • Develop links with new local authorities
  • Supporting the development of our strategy to include growth, safeguarding, new programmes of work
  • Helping us to achieve our target of 500 hours per week @ target rate of ÂŁ50p/h in our new Finchampstead facility without negatively impacting other sites 
  • Supporting our Ofsted registrations and regulations
